Is a rapidly hot curing resin on a Methylmethacrylatbasis for the manufacture of total and partial prostheses, done in a pressure-process. Good flow ability, high mechanical values, very secure short-time polymerisation.

Working:

The plaster surface must very clean from wax, cover the plaster surface 2x with megasol separator. Put Liquid into the mixing-bowl, then add the powder and mix in a fast motion, until there is no more powder absorbed. After about 10 minutes rising time the paste can be kneaded for approx 45 minutes (at 18-24°C)

Mixing ratio: 10 g powder / 5 g liquid

Polymerisation:

Any polymerisation-processes can be used. For short time (for small and thin parts) put the flask in cooking Water approx. 20-30 minutes. For bigger and thick parts put flask in max. 60-70°C hot water, after waiting 10-15 minutes, make cooking along 15-20 minutes.

Short time polymerisation:

Normal (regular) pieces into hot (80°C) water, turn off heat and wait 15-20 minutes. Then let water come to a boil again and let the polymerisation take place for 10-15 min.
