Automatic dental polymerizing pot with a large tank capacity (up to 6 liters), which can accommodate a considerable amount of elements to be polymerized.

Using electronic control, temperatures can be regulated and maintained according to a time schedule defined by the user.

At MESTRA, we're big fans of small machines because we know that space is at a premium in modern dental laboratories. However, we're very clear that this reduction in size should never in the slightest affect the device's performance and functionality.

The Geisser polymerizer  faithfully adheres to this principle: its design prioritizes a generously sized tank (6 liters and 210 mm diameter), which easily meets the production needs of a medium- to large-sized laboratory. We believe that with such a large volume, you will have no problem accommodating your work inside.

Safety:

It's well known that safety is one of the aspects that most concerns the MESTRA design team. But when we talk about a machine that combines pressure and temperature, this concern intensifies. The solution provided by our engineers is once again ingenious: to minimize the risks posed by pressure, they opted for a seamless tank, with a simple hole in the lower center, as this is where the least stress is recorded.

This configuration significantly reduces the risk of tank rupture due to pressure. However, (just in case) three additional safety valves are also available to act in case of problems.

The electrical circuit follows the same philosophy. The heating resistors' operating temperature is limited to 230°C by two thermal sensors and software designed with safety criteria in mind. This strategy minimizes the risk of accidents.

Traditionally, automatic low-pressure polymerizers have been manufactured to adapt to the requirements of a specific material on the market. Temperatures are defined, so adapting the machine's parameters to a different material is very complicated.

No one knows the future, so no one can predict what new materials will appear on the market in the near future and, more importantly, what polymerization requirements  they will require.

Do you think it makes sense to have to change the polymerization machine when we decide to change materials? That's why at MESTRA, we've decided to build a machine with a universal design. Its time and temperature parameters are easily programmable by the user, adapting to any material currently on the market, as well as any that may become available.

How can a manufacturer quantify the value that aesthetics brings to their product? We don't know. Perhaps the answer was given by Oscar Wilde when he said: "Beauty is greater than genius, because it needs no explanation."
