Milky flex blanks from the republicPM line are a special solution for bite splints and offer high toughness for heavy bruxers. PA12 is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with excellent biocompatibility, resulting in a naturally slightly milky appearance.
• High resilience & toughness. Extremely resistant to mechanical stress. Withstands high chewing forces without becoming brittle.
• Flexibility & breaking strength. Compared to PMMA, it is more elastic and less prone to cracking or breaking. This flexibility increases the comfort and longevity of the aligners.
• High biocompatibility. Well tolerated by the oral mucosa. Monomer-free, ideal for allergy sufferers. Contains no BPA or plasticizers (such as phthalates).
