DELIVERY COSTS

 

The delivery costs are specified on the overview page of your order.

No charges apply for deliveries within the Benelux with a minimum order value of € 150, VAT excluded.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

 

IMPRODENT will accept returned goods only in their unopened and undamaged packaging and after prior written consent.

Under no circumstances may products showing signs of use and consumables with an expiry date be returned.

Goods must be returned within 15 days after invoice date.

Goods are always returned at the customer’s expense and risk. Improdent is not responsible for collecting goods that are returned.

IMPRODENT will charge an administrative fee of € 5 for each returned product if its order value is less than € 150.

If IMPRODENT has delivered the wrong product, it will be replaced free of charge by the correct item.

Following receipt and inspection of the returned product, IMPRODENT will issue a credit note. The delivery costs will not be credited if the order value of the product is less than € 150.
